Inlac ofrece un nuevo contrato para destinar leche a producción industrial

La Interprofesional Láctea (Inlac) pondrá a disposición de los operadores lácteos un nuevo modelo de contrato homologado con el objetivo de que los ganaderos puedan destinar parte de la leche entregada a la fabricación de productos industriales.
Esta ha sido una de las propuestas acordadas en la junta directiva celebrada hoy en Madrid, en la que se ha analizado, según informa la Interprofesional en un comunicado, la situación de precios y mercado del sector de vacuno de leche.
Las mismas fuentes han señalado que la junta directiva ha decidido ofrecer a los agentes de la cadena láctea varios instrumentos o herramientas encaminadas a que el sector lácteo español “no quede al margen” de los mercados de productos industriales.
Con estas propuestas, la Inlac persigue “garantizar tanto el mantenimiento del tejido ganadero español como el industrial”.
La Interprofesional ha constatado, tras un análisis exhaustivo de los datos disponibles, que el mercado lácteo español está basado en las leches líquidas -utilizadas con frecuencia como producto reclamo en la gran distribución- mientras que apenas participa en los mercados de productos industriales.
En opinión de la Inlac, esta situación, unido al relativo peso específico de España en el sector lácteo europeo y a ser un país deficitario, “nos hace especialmente vulnerables” y afecta de forma negativa a la viabilidad de la actividad productiva y transformadora.
En la junta se ha analizado además la hoja de ruta de los estudios y estadísticas que servirán de soporte para la referencia de los precios de la leche en los contratos y que se publicará en breve en la web de la Inlac (www.inlac.es).
El precio medio calculado para las entregas de leche en noviembre de 2011 es de 35,59 € por 100 kg de leche estándar. Esto supone un incremento del 6,1% em comparación con el de noviembre de 2010 (+2,03 €).
Los precios en noviembre fueron similares a los de octubre de ese mismo año. 
La producción de leche en los 23 principales estados durante el mes de noviembre llegó a 6,67 millones de Tn, un 2,2% más que en noviembre de 2010.
