UGT se opone a que Central Lechera Asturiana compre Cacaolat

UGT de Cataluña ha rechazado hoy la oferta de compra de las acciones de Cacaolat por parte de Central Lechera Asturiana que la empresa ha ofrecido en el proceso concursal de Clesa, matriz de Cacaolat.
Esta oferta, señala UGT en un comunicado, “no garantizaría en absoluto los puestos de trabajo, ni la estabilidad de la plantilla en la compañía, ni la prolongación o la creación de ninguna nueva planta”.
“Nuestro sindicato está completamente en contra de la venta de Cacaolat a través de las acciones”, indica.
Recuerda que UGT de Cataluña ha defendido desde el principio la venta de la unidad productiva, que actualmente lleva el juzgado mercantil número 6 de Barcelona, que mantiene un pulso con los tribunales de Madrid que tramitan el concurso de Clesa, dentro del proceso de crisis de Nueva Rumasa, controlada por la familia Ruiz Mateos.
El sindicato considera que el hecho de que Central Lechera Asturiana haya afirmado que compra las acciones “no tiene ningún valor”, pues con esta operación el juzgado de Madrid sólo se aseguraría que cobraran los administradores y los proveedores, y, a su juicio, “no garantizaría para nada el futuro de la planta y los trabajadores”.
“De todos los ofertantes interesados en la compra de Cacaolat, Central Lechera Asturiana es el único que no ha contactado en ningún momento con los trabajadores”, lamenta UGT, por lo que concluye que “la manera de empezar de esta empresa no merece la confianza de nuestro sindicato”.
El precio medio calculado para las entregas de leche en noviembre de 2011 es de 35,59 € por 100 kg de leche estándar. Esto supone un incremento del 6,1% em comparación con el de noviembre de 2010 (+2,03 €).
Los precios en noviembre fueron similares a los de octubre de ese mismo año. 
La producción de leche en los 23 principales estados durante el mes de noviembre llegó a 6,67 millones de Tn, un 2,2% más que en noviembre de 2010.
